The Student Practice Evaluation Form – Revised (Second Edition) (SPEF-R2^©) is an assessment tool developed at The University of Queensland and used to evaluate occupational therapy students undertaking professional practice placements across Australia.

In 2020 this site was updated to reflect changes made following the development of the most recent edition of the tool, the SPEF-R2.
